When you sign up with Trifecta Wireless, you’ll pay a one-time registration fee. This fee covers the cost of using a leased router for the duration of your membership, including a lifetime warranty for as long as you’re a member.

Is this satellite?

No. Using proprietary technology, our devices utilize cell towers to provide you with an internet connection nationwide. Your router will auto select the tower that is closest to you and provide you with internet. This service works much better than satellite-based internet.

Is this really unlimited?

Yes. We don’t limit how much data our members can use.

Please note that all plans are subject to the carrier's standard data abuse policies. Any usage under 1,000 GB/month is generally considered fair use by the carriers. (The average home internet usage is 400-500GB/month.)

Is there a contract?

No, there is no contract. You can cancel at any time with no fees.

Is this service throttled?

No, our service is unlimited with no throttling. If you’re in an area that is highly affected by network congestion, you may notice speed fluctuations during congested times of day. Our team is here to help with any problems you might experience.

Can you guarantee high speeds?

Most of our customers get great speeds with our service. However, your speeds will be affected by the signal strength and network congestion at your specific location, and we cannot provide a guarantee of great speeds. We can, however, guarantee that our team will do everything possible to ensure you have the best connection possible at your location.

I travel a lot; is this a good option for me?

Yes, our service works great on the move! You will be connected to the local cell towers, and will have a connection nearly nationwide. Our device will auto select and connect to the cell tower that is closest to you.

I live in a rural area; will your service work for me?

Yes, our service is arguably the best option available for rural areas. If you have a cell signal at your location, our service will likely work for you. Our devices auto select and connect to the local cell towers closest to you to provide an unlimited internet connection for all your devices.

Do you offer international plans?

We do not currently offer international plans. Our service works only in the 50 US States and territories.

What are the average speeds I can expect?

This will depend on your location. As a general estimate, you can expect speeds of 10-100mb/s with low latency (40-100ms).

What is the setup process?

To set up your device, place it in a window in your home with the strongest cell signal. If you’re using this in an RV, anywhere near a window should be okay. Power the device on and wait for a few minutes for the configuration to complete. Finally, connect all your devices to the router.

What does the 14-day 100% money-back guarantee include?

Everything! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, send it back within 14 days of receiving the router for a full refund. We’ll even provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

How do I cancel my service?

If you decide to cancel your service, Contact us(Hyperlink to contact us page) and we’ll send you a prepaid return label with instructions for returning the device and canceling your account. There are no fees to cancel your service. If you decide to cancel within 14 days of receiving your device, you’ll be refunded everything in full.
