Our routers intelligently connect to cell towers across all 3 of the major cell networks - if you can get a cell signal, we can provide you with internet.

Your router is ready to use right out of the box. All you need to do is plug it in and connect your devices!

What does the 14-day 100% money-back guarantee include?

Everything!

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, send the device back within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

We’ll even provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience!

Is there a contract?

Nope! We will never lock you into a contract!

You can cancel at any time for a pro-rated refund without paying any fees.

Is this really unlimited?

Yes! We provide unlimited data without caps or throttling.

Please note that all plans are subject to the carrier's standard data abuse policies.

Any usage under 1,000 GB/month is typically considered fair use by the carriers (the average home internet usage is 400-500GB/month).

What are the average speeds I can expect?

Speeds are typically 50+ mbps with low latency (30-100ms), however this does vary depending on which cell tower you’re connected to.

Our Plans

Is this service throttled?

Nope! Our service is unlimited with no throttling.

You may experience normal speed fluctuations based on tower capacity during peak hours, but your internet will never be intentionally slowed down.

How long will it take to get my router?

Most orders are shipped out same-day if they are placed before 3PM EST, otherwise they'll be shipped the next day from our warehouse in PA.

It typically takes 2-4 days to arrive once shipped depending on where in the country you live.

What is the premium plan?

The premium plan includes high priority data, lower latency, and HD streaming.

This plan is best for anyone needing the best option available or for people who live in areas with heavy network congestion.

(Network congestion refers to network management policies imposed by the cell network. This is only an issue in areas with high population density relative to the number of available cell towers.)

Which plan is for me?

Our basic plan is great for general browsing and social media or for work.

Our Premium plan is best for those that need the fastest speeds with the lowest latency, and 4K video streaming.

Connectivity

Can I connect all my devices?

You can connect up to 30 devices to our router. In most locations, our service is capable of streaming, gaming, browsing, and more - all at once.

Is this satellite?

No! Using proprietary technology, our devices utilize the cellular network to intelligently connect to a nearby cell tower - if you have a cell signal from any of the 3 major carriers, you’ll have an internet connection!

Generally, our service is faster, easier to set up, and less expensive than satellite-based internet.

I travel a lot; is this a good option for me?

Yes! Our router intelligently connects to a nearby cell tower from the 3 major carriers.

Even if you leave your state or are constantly on the move, you’ll have internet!

I live in a rural area, will this work for me?

If you have a cell signal in your area from any of the 3 major cell providers, our service should work for you.

Account and Setup

Are there additional fees?

Nope! We pride ourselves in being one of a few internet providers who offers simple, transparent pricing. There's no hidden fees, no confusing promos, and no wool pulled over your eyes.

What you see for the pricing is what you get. There's no overage fees, no activation fees, and all our routers are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for FREE!

How do I cancel my service?

If you decide to cancel your service, contact us and we’ll send you a prepaid return label with instructions for returning the device and canceling your account.

You can cancel at any time for a pro-rated refund without paying any fees.

If you decide to cancel within 14 days of receiving your device, we will refund your purchase in full.

What happens if something goes wrong with my router?

We replace it for free. It's that simple!

We lease all our routers, which allows us to provide a lifetime warranty on all our equipment. That means if something happens to the router, you'll get it replaced for free!

The few exceptions are: if your dog ate the router; if you drive over your router; if your upstairs neighbor keeps pacing the floor all night so you threw the router at the ceiling in frustration. Outside of those few scenarios, we'll replace it!

How does billing work?

You’ll automatically be billed on the same day of every month.

If you want to change your billing date, reach out to our friendly support team and we’ll be happy to set it to whichever date works best for you!

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership hassle-free at any time by contacting us.

How easy is the device setup?

Device setup is super easy and takes less than 5 minutes! Everything you need comes in the box.

Just attach the included 6” antennas to the back of the router and power it on.
