All you do is screw in the 6" antennas included in the box, plug in the router, and press the power button.

There's no external antennas, no technicians required, and it's easy enough you could almost have your dog do the setup for you!

How long will it take to get my router?

Most orders are shipped out same-day if they are placed before 3PM EST, otherwise they'll be shipped the next day from our warehouse in PA.

It typically takes 2-4 days to arrive once shipped depending on where in the country you live.

What happens if something goes wrong with my router?

We lease all our routers, which allows us to provide a lifetime warranty on all our equipment. That means if something happens to the router, you'll get it replaced for free!

The few exceptions are: if your dog ate the router; if you drive over your router; if your upstairs neighbor keeps pacing the floor all night so you threw the router at the ceiling in frustration. Outside of those few scenarios, we'll replace it!
